The Bi-Centennia Year is 1882 and refers to the 200th anniversary of the date when William Penn first set foot on the banks of the Delaware River (1682). Inside the Front Cover is a label indicating the book was donated to the Site and Relic Society of Germantown (the forerunner of the Germantown Historical Society) by Edwin C. Jellett in 1911.
