Goes with skirt (1988.7.23). Fine black silk. High, boned black lace collar. Vertical pleats along shoulders and neckline. Lace trim on shoulders, sleeve cuffs, zig-zag design on front and back of bodice and sleeves. Buttons down back. Cinched at waist.
