Odd waist of cream alpaca, fine. Probably was whole dress—round short waistline, round neck, very long shoulder. Trimmed with blue velvet ribbon, edged with narrow blue fringe. Buttoned down front with interesting blue buttons. Unattached apron piece with belt, same trimming and buttons. 10 bows of material edged with the fringe—ripped from something.
