White porcelain bowl with small foot, enamel design appears to be a family crest with the initials "LW" (accession book says "CW"). Design is blue and gold. On interior rim there is a thin band of red with gilded dots under this is a thin design of gold and blue on eterior rim is an alternating pattern of blue and gold. Also 2 gold flowers on exterior, alternating 4 crests.Made/Created
