Donor Obituary: "DAVIS, HELEN E. A retiree of Germantown Hospital, and a life time resident of Phila. Departed this life Aug. 19, 2003 after a very brief illness. Mrs. Davis is survived by a brother, James Howard, 2 daughters, Cynthia Addison and Sharon Perkins, 5 sons, Barry, Tyrone, Gary, Carl and Brian Davis; also numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Mon. Aug. 25, 2003 Viewing 9:00. Service 11:00 A.M. at Grace Baptist Church, 25 W. Johnson St. Int. Ivy Hill Cemetery."
