These two hard bound books comprise the Charles J. Wister Scrapbook. A typed Index card found Inside the Front Cover of the larger scrapbook includes the following note:
Gift of Mrs. Edgar W. Baird, 1955.
The Charles J. Wister Scrapbook contains much meteorological material, also obituaries of persons of Wister and allied families, and some miscellaneous Germantown items.
