Charter of the Germantown Realty Board, a non-profit corporation, approved on 19 September 1934 by Judge W. O. Lewis of the Court of Common Pleas. The incorporators were: William A. Bradley, Walter A. Bell, J. Russell Winder, Winfield S. H. Knopf, A. Rothwell Meehan, Hugh F. Gerhard, Thomas H. Evoy, Earle N. Barber, Frank L. Pletcher, Samuel Emlen, Robert Dalgleish, Alfred R. Smith, Julius R. Schnell, W. Rowland Rickard, William R. Doherty, William Essler, and Harry J. Robinhold, Jr. The inaugural directors were Bradley, Barber, Bell, Pletcher, Winder, and Rickard. Notarized by James G. Herd. A certified copy was recorded in the Office of Recorded of Deeds in Philadelphia on 2 February 1935. The charter is 28 inches tall by 18 inches wide, is mounted on stiff cardboard with a white matte.Collection
