"The conditions of this present public vendue helf this 11th day of February AD 1833 by the Subscribers, Administrators of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credids [sic] which were of Sarah Heebner late of Norriton Township in the County of Montgomery Deceased are as follows: to wit the highest bidder is to be the buyer and any person buying to the amount of Three dollars are to pay Cash and all sums over that amount are to have thirty days credit by given their notes with approved security.
