Photograph j, at the top of the page shows the house, built 1796, after it was moved north along Germantown Avenue to allow for the opening of High Street in1851. A caption mentions its later ownership by Dr. W. R. Dunton.
Photograph k, at the bottom, shows the house at 25 High High Street after it was moved from the corner of Germantown Avenue and High Street in 1898 to make way for the First Methodist Episcopal Church.Collection
