The book contains an overview of Fairmount Park to include a List of Commissioners, Life Members, Location of Guard Houses, Listing of various City Parks, Places of Interest Within Fairmount Park and a printing of Park regulations and Legislative Acts pertaining to operation and conduct within the Park. It should be noted that this volume contains a puzzling anomaly. Pages 143 through 274 contain The Motor Vehicle Act of New Jersey, together with the Traffic Act. The relevance of this Act and its inclusion in this volume are not explained. Also found in the Library stacks is a similar volume for the year 1919 (C-11, 15.0, 2014.28.930).
