The photograph is of the doorway to the Blair - Deaver House as it was installed as an entrance to the garden at the Germantown Historical Society Museum. A caption says the doorway was removed from 6105 Germantown Avenue and donated to the Germantown Historical Society when the house was demolished in 1935
