Description

Dress. Tan shot silk, red and blue stripes. Skirt round and quite full with pleated ruffle, front panel of ten pleated ruffles, outlines with 3'' band of claret velvet. Fitted basque flaring below waistline. V of velvet in back. Vest of velvet in front. Buttoned from back with crocheted buttons. Turn over collar of velvet, long tight sleeves, velvet cuffs.
