Description

Dress. Changeable blue and rose chiffon with small floral pattern over ruffled blue taffeta. Skirt long and full, slight train, ten hand tucks around bottom with puffs of chiffon below. Blue velvet decoration at intervals. Waist with lots of elaborate detail. Blue velvet, gold lace, sequins. Fastened at back with high collar. Yoke. Elbow-length sleeves of heavy cream lace.
