Dress. Figured black and white chiffon. One piece skirt over white satin with broad band of lace covered with black neck. Waist fastened in back, high collar and yoke of white net--heavy lace as waist foundation--wide girdle of black satin with orange satin drapery; long right sleeves of pleated net. Label: "McFadden Philadelphia".
