Woman's dress. Evening gown. Blue velvet. Lace, bead, and rhinestone trim. Bodice and short sleeves are off-white lace. Silver net capelet with clear and blue rhinestones. Two elaborate tassels with clear beads and blue rhinestones--draped in back from capelet. Large red velvet rose on front of bodice. Long skirt with train. Hem open on right side to show off-white lace over satin, covered with blue beaded fringe. Ornament at back of skirt of bead fringe, net, blue beads, and blue rhinestones.
