Beautiful plaid silk satin and faille-type. Striking plaid in navy blue and tan. Skirt plain and very full. Basque round at waist, fastened at front. Shawl-like triangular piece, point at back, finished with blue and gold fringe. Waist may have been altered and enlarged. Sleeves with puffs and shaped ruffle finished with fringe.
