Description

Empire dress of same print as no. CW 190. More elaborate make. Skirt pleated across the front, gathered at back, sleeves long leg-o’-mutton. Waist 8 inches in front and 10 inches in back; has corded bands straight across front and back below low shoulder neckline. Controlling fullness of waist—corded waist band.
