Description

Black silk dress. Bell skirt, floor length with slight train. Heavily trimmed with interesting net, sequin and jet panels over the hips and velvet panel of velvet in the back. Waist fitted with point tack and front medium leg-o’-mutton sleeves and straight standing collar. Trimmed back and front with same embroidered net.
