Wedding dress for the occasion of marriage of Mary Jean Gillingham of 404 Church Lane to Irvin Miller of 1911 Dennie Street. Marriage was held at the Market Square Presbyterian Church on June 16, 1956; the marriage was performed by Reverend Ellsworth Jackson. Purchased at Rowell's Department Store.
A: Man made fabric, cotton lace, metal, cotton with metal zipper in back, cap sleeved bodice with cotton lace detail at neck, bust and waist tiered skirt , two cotton lace inserts. Lined with white, twill artificial fiber. Organdy.
B: Garter: white and blue silk-covered elastic with 1.5" lace with metal, plastic, and celluloid decoration. Designed by Maria of Pandora.Dimensions
