E. C. Jellett/N. H. Keyser Newspaper Clippings. 50 pages (double-sided) to which are glued various newspaper articles. Due to the fragile nature of these pages, they are found in the Library stacks in a large protective cardboard archival box. Accompanying these pages is a typed Index.
Although the call number is shown as L-1, 12, a further indication of the box spine lists L-1, 11 (Keyser) and L-1, 12. The only information found within the box shows it to be L-1, 12; however, the box is big enough to hold two "collections". Whether L-1, 11 was removed at some time and never replaced is unknown.
These newspaper clippings are indicative of Jellett's methods and cover a wide range of subject matter clipped from mostly Philadelphia newspapers. The common thread is the subject matter: all things Germantown.Collection
