Iron eggbeater composed of long vertical element with oval-shaped open handle at top, near center is a large circular gear with wooden handle. Letters on gear read "EASY", smaller circular gear under this to which is attached a thin metal wire that runs the remaining length of the central vertical element and is then fashioned into a series of ten concentric rings at bottom, rings rise and fall wiht movement of the gears.
