Hard cover, 449 numbered pages, followed by approximately 150 unnumbered pages. This book is a reproduction (photocopy) of what appeared to be a manuscript bound in a three ring binder. It has been encased in a red hardbound cover with gold embossing on the book spine. Following page 449 is a "Chronology of Church Events, 1809 to 1958 (Incl.)", which is then followed by an Index. A Google search shows that the First Presbyterian Church of Germantown, located at 35 West Chelten Avenue in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia, is still an active congregation (2015). A bookplate found Inside the Front Cover indicates this book was a gift to The Germantown Historical Society from the Compiler in May, 1960.
