4-pronged silver-plated forks with heart-shaped curved ends of handles. The letter "F" engraved on obverse side. In roll with 1993.426.1-.12. Forks are stamped on reverse. Forks are in roll of tan cotton. Label on roll reads: "3000-6 / 48.00-12 / Matched."
