Photograph a, at the top, is of the Bringhurst "Big House", 5233-37 Germantown Avenue, home of John Bringhurst.
Photograph b, at the bottom, is of the three Provest House, 5239, 5241, 5343 Germantown Avenue on the northeast corner of Germantown Avenue and Bringhurst St. A note says they were built by Alexander Provest and occupied by Katherine (Mrs. Paul) Provest, Jacob Provest, and Isabelle Provest (Mrs. Naman Keyser), and that they were demolished in 1895.Photograph Details
