Description
Black and white reprint photograph of the Germantown Knights of Columbus bowling league, posing during their 1920-1921 season. The location of this bowling alley is unknown, but was perhaps located at 5801 Germantown Avenue, which was one of the Knights of Columbus' properties at the time. Notes in the margin note that William Sweeney is in the front row, fourth from right [with bowling ball]. He was the son of Sarah and Samuel Sweeney, and the Husband of Lily Matthews Sweeney.
