Owner: Louada Delphina Jeffries Stephenson (1860-1947) Given with a number of items (CW 4550-CW 4555) that decended to the donor from her mother, Edith Stephenson (1894-1977) who married Frank Rice Whiting (1892-1951). The couple resided at 16 West School House Lane, Germantown, Philadelphia. (Source: Philadelphia Social Register 1920). The gift is also associated with Edith Stephenson's parents, Louada Delphina Jeffries (1860-1947) who married Arthur Herbert Stephenson (1860- ). Mrs. Arthur Herbert Stephenson also lived at 16 West School House Lane in 1920. Accession notes that additional documentation is available at GHS.
