Women's, back of head bonnet. Dark navy blue covers hat, starting inside brim edge, gathered and covering outside band. Band is wired on both sides. A band of brown velvet starts at ribbon/chin tie, up to looped bow of blue velvet overlapping edge. A plume of black ostrich feathers wraps from right to left. Lining is a heavy brown material; can see stiff black buckram.
