Woman's lamp shade style hat. Crown is covered in yellow/gold velvet. Brim is made of horsehair and covered in black lace. Base of crown is has an ornament trimmed with metallic ropes and sequins; the ornament holds large, black and curled ostrich feathers in place. Cream silk lining.
