Women's natural straw hat. Wide brim folded and turned up dramatically on sides. Separate "headband" inset of stiff buckram covered in black velvet. Front of hat has tall, upturned brim. Brim is decorated with black velvet ribbon, gathering of black netting below left with red silk roses. Entire stuffed blackbird sits on top of right side (poor condition). Large pink rose on right.
