Description

Black hard leather fireman's hat with sectioned crown with brass (?) eagle finial. Under eagle is imprinted, "J.M. Migeod". Narrow front brim turned up on sides and very wide at back. Design of leaf, scroll, and shield with letters pressed into back top of brim. Quilted padded linen inside crown. Painted in white in interior, "26".
