Description

Black wool felt hat with inset crown in flat hat style. Elastic band holds hat in place around back of head. Crown is covered in bright pink velvet ribbon; edges the crown and folded in with pleats. A bow in the center covers the rest of the crown. The two ends of the ribbon on either side extend over the brim--the ribbon has separated here.
