February 6, 1764 deed between "Henery [sic] Gilbert of Cheltenham Township in the County of Philadelphia and Province of Pennsylvania yeoman and Cathrine [sic] his wife of the one part And Samuel Jones of the same place yeoman of the other part.... a certain Messauge or Tennement [sic] and piece or parcel of Land Situate in Cheltenham aforesaid part of the said Forty seven acres and a half so as aforesaid granted unto the said Henery [sic] Gilbert by the said Jacob Thomas [Jones???] beginning at a stone set for a corner on or near the south side or edge of the Creek or Run of Water aforesaid in the line of Anthony Gilbert's Land..." etc.
