Germantown Academy was originally located at 100 West School House Lane in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia. In September, 1965, Germantown Academy moved to 340 Morris road, Ft. Washington, Pennsylvania where today (2105) it is still located. The original site of Germantown Academy is today (2105) the active stie of the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. A second copy of this book is found in the Library stacks at L-9, 2 (2104.28.1196). Alabel found opposite the preface page indicates this book was a gift to the Germantown Historical Society from the Estate of Harrold E. Gillingham in July, 1954.
