Indenture between Aquila Newbern and Mary Johnson, as follows: "It is agreed between Aquila Newbern and Mary Johnson as follows- Aquila Newbern agrees to take possession of forth [fourth?] mill of Mary Johnsons plantation near Germantown and to hold the same as his property- until he pays the sum of one thousand dollars with five per cent interest and executes good and sufficient mortgages- with bonds and warrants of attorney for the payments of three thousand dollars in three equal annual payments ..." dated November 9, 1829.
