Photographs from Photo Scrapbook 1, Part 2, Page 74
The photograph shows a two story stone structure with the front facade covered with stucco. There is an adjoining structure which has been constructed flush with the Ottinger House. The Ottinger House is the right-most structure. Two dormer windows are built into the roof line and a brick chimney protrudes above the roof line. The front entrance has an arched pediment and two women are seen standing in the front entrance looking outward. Two stone steps lead up to the front door. The sidewalk is brick paved and Germantown Avenue is seen in the foreground paved with trolley tracks embedded in the paving. The building to the left is identified as Aladdin Cleaners and Dyers. A large utility pole is visible in front of the store as is a young man standing on the sidewalk behind an automobile. To the right of the Ottinger House in the photograph is a driveway leading to the rear of the property. To the right of the driveway is visible a small portion of another building.Photograph Details
