View was taken from the unit block of West School House Lane [visible in the immediate foreground]. The Market Square Presbyterian Church figures prominantly towards the center of the view. The Fromberger-Harkness House [presently the Germantown Historical Society and Historic Germantown] is visible at the far right, at 5501 Germantown Avenue. Note that Market Square was enclosed with an iron fence, long since removed.
