Military parade through the 5900 block of Germantown Avenue. A store known as "BENEFIT SHOP" can be seen and a "PARKING" street sign. Crossing a street, there is a man who is blowing his nose and ahead of him is a police officer. The photograph was taken while standing on the stairs/ at the entrance to Town Hall, facing towards the grounds of Germantown High School.
