This volume presents the minutes of the Provinicial Council of Pennsylvania from 1683 to 1700. The Title page is ripped and mostly gone, consequently the spine of the volume contains the title but the dates on the spine are handwritten as 1682-1700.. This appears to be the same volume as found in the library stacks at PA-1.1 (2014.28.1909). This volume contains a bookplate indicating it was originally a gift/long-term loan to the Site and Relic Society of Germantown (now known as The Germantown Historical Society) in April, 1910 from The Workingmen's Club of Germantown.
