This volume presents the minutes of the Provinicial Council of Pennsylvania from 1717 to 1736. A primary copy of Volume III may be found in the library stacks at PA-3 (2014.28.1911). Although this volume is catalogued as a copy of Volume 3, it differs from the original copy in date of publication and number of pages.
A bookplate found Inside the Front Cover indicates this book was loaned to the Site and Relic Society of Germantown (now known as The Germantown Historical Society) by The Workingmen's Club of Germantown in 1910. Many of the books from The Workingmen's Club were absorbed by The Germantown Historical Society library when the Workingmen's Club ceased operations.
