This volume presents the minutes of the Provinicial Council of Pennsylvania from 1754 to 1756. Volume 5 of this series seems to be missing from the library stacks.
A bookplate found Inside the Front Cover indicates this book was loaned to the Site and Relic Society of Germantown (now known as The Germantown Historical Society) by The Workingmen's Club of Germantown in 1910. Many of the books from The Workingmen's Club were absorbed by The Germantown Historical Society library when the Workingmen's Club ceased operations.
