A bookplate found Inside the Front Cover indicates this book was loaned to the Site and Relic Society of Germantown (now known as The Germantown Historical Society) by The Workingmen's Club of Germantown. Many of the books from The Workingmen's Club were absorbed by The Germantown Historical Society library when the Workingmen's Club ceased operations.
