Hard cover, 778 pages. This volume presents the minutes of the Supreme Executive Council of Pennsylvania from 1781 to 1783. A bookplate found Inside the Front Cover indicates this book was loaned to the Site and Relic Society of Germantown (now known as The Germantown Historical Society) by The Workingmen's Club of Germantown in 1910. Many of the books from The Workingmen's Club were absorbed by The Germantown Historical Society library when the Workingmen's Club ceased operations.
