Hard cover, 548 pages. Due to the fragile condition of this volume (front cover has separated from binding), it is found encased in a protective manila "book box." This volume presents the minutes of the Supreme Executive Council of Pennsylvania from 1789 to 1790. A bookplate found Inside the Front Cover indicates this book was loaned to the Site and Relic Society of Germantown (now known as The Germantown Historical Society) by The Workingmen's Club of Germantown. Many of the books from The Workingmen's Club were absorbed by The Germantown Historical Society library when the Workingmen's Club ceased operations.
