Nightdress. Lady's nightgown or shift; white muslin; low neck; short sleeves; trimmed with tatting. Part of a trousseau. Worn by Laura C. Thayer who was born in Acworth, New Hampshire and was married in 1867 to the Rev. Samuel L. Gerould, a Congregational minister. Excellent condition. 1867.
