Please see notes for additional information.
Page 30 contains two photographs with captions.
Photograph a [top] shows two men standing side by side in a grassy lawn area with a tree line and buildings in the distance. The man on the left is taller, is wearing a "boater" hat and tie and carrying his suit coat draped over his right hand. The man on the right is also wearing a "boater" hat and a suit. The caption reads: Then "Mutt and Jeff" smiled at the "Official Photographer" , and under the protective wing of Fred Kaplan, Mart Connor was led towards the big tree to await the "Eats Wagon."
Photograph b [bottom] shows 4 men in the photograph, two of whom are actually sitting on the ground and a third man who is reclining on the ground. All three are in shirt sleeves. The fourth man is in the center of the photograph and standing on the grassy lawn area in a suit and "boater" hat and carrying a pail in his right hand and a "cup (?) in his left hand. Beyond the men is what appears to be a cultivated plot of land. In the background is a tree line and a building in the distance. The caption reads: "Marsh" Farra as "Water Boy" was a great success, presenting a neat, but not gaudy appearance.Photograph Details
