Photographs from Photo Scrapbook 25, page 66
Please see notes for additional information.
Page 66 contains two photographs with captions.
Photograph a [top] shows a grouping of men both standing and sitting on a bench built around a large tree trunk. Some are facing the camera, but most are facing inward with their backs to the camera. Most are wearing hats and most are in shirtsleeves. The caption reads: All hands sampled it, and agreed with the experts - Charley Ryder said he ought to know, - he had had three bottles.
Photograph b [bottom] shows a group of men sitting on the gound in a grassy lawn area. A man is seen standing in the background. All are in shirtsleeves and only two are seen wearing caps. The caption reads: Then the hard working ball players talked things over and all agreed they had not had as much fun "since Maggie fell out of the hearse." It sure was the Lieutenant's "day off."Photograph Details
