Page 11 shows a photograph on the grounds at Manheim (Germantown Cricket Club). This photograph shows a grouping of two women and a young girl. All three females are dressed in ankle length dresses with long sleeves and shoes with crossed straps. The woman on the left is wearing a bonnet festooned with flowers and tied under the chin. She is also wearing a shawl. The arms of her dress show a shear "puffed" material. The woman in the middle is wearing a black "tiara-like" headpiece and a white lace short shawl. The sleeves of her dress are also "puffed", but made of the same material as the dress she is wearing. The young girl is wearing a floral print dress with no headpiece. Her sleeves are made of a white material.
The females are standing in front of a garden area with two brick columns in the background surmounted by two large globes. They are standing on a brick pathway and behind them is an entryway into another part of the garden area.Photograph Details
