Page 71 shows a photograph on the grounds at Manheim (Germantown Cricket Club) of a solitary woman dressed in a dark full length period dress gathered above the waist. A white collar with a brooch is attached at the neckline. She wears a shaped bonnet and her hair is fixed in braided curls which cascade down the front of both sides of her dress to waist length. In her left hand, she is holding what appear to be books or papers. Her right hand is placed directly at her side.
She is standing in an open area directly in front of a large bush. In the background can be seen the tops of mature trees.Photograph Details
