Photograph a [top] showsa group of men in coats and ties. Some are wearing straw "boater" hats. Most are standing on a sidewalk; a few are "inspecting" an automobile parked at curbside. The caption reads: "Now to business - Again we took advantage of Bill Emhardt and Marsh Farra's corner at School Lane and Germantown Avenue to meet, and believe me, the "boys" were out in force - from Strover and his white ducks and white washed shoes to the Lieutenant of the 14th District. Everyone was a boy again, even Dave Howard, who by the way got his 12 new members, was all expextation [sic], and if you don't believe me, look them over."
Photograph b [bottom] also shows a group of men in coats, ties and various styles of hats. Most are standing on the sidewalk toward curbside, where the front of an automobile can be seen parked. A small grouping of men are standing along the wall of a building. The caption reads: "A glance in the other direction shows that legal matters were cast aside for the time being, and visions of croquet floated before one member of the bar, while all were eager to be off to Fort Washington."Photograph Details
