Photographs from Photo Scrapbook 25, page 18
Please see notes for additional information.
Page 18 contains two photographs with captions.
Photograph a [top] shows a man in a white shirt, dark dress trousers and wearing a hat. He is standing in an open field and carrying a wooden case by the handle. In the background are a group of me standing near a mature tree. The caption reads: "Perhaps I should take this opportunity to present our host, Mr. Dungan, who simply "tore himself loose" to see that we had a good time, and I don't think he was disappointed."
Photograph b [bottom] shows a large three story house in the background with two porches. Behind the house (partially obscured by mature trees) is what appears to be a long building with a stone tower (which may possibly be a church). To the far right in the background can be seen a partial view of another building. A wide expanse of lawn covers the entire foreground in the photograph. The caption reads: "The residence of Mr. Dungan, and a wee small corner of the lawn, helps to convey some idea of the spaciousness of our play ground."Photograph Details
